This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and CHANTAL PRO SIA, registration number 40103332030, Bebru iela 16–34, Jēkabpils, Jēkabpils nov., LV-5201, Latvia (“we”, “us”), for the mcpro24fps importer for Adobe Premiere Pro (the “Software”), a plug-in for Windows that lets Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe After Effects open RAW recordings made by mcpro24fps: .mcpro files and the app's CinemaDNG recordings in ZIP files. Please read it before installing. By installing or using the Software you agree to be bound by it; if you do not agree, do not install it.
Adobe, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder are trademarks of Adobe. The Software is made by us; it is not made, endorsed or supported by Adobe.
1. How you obtain the Software, and RAW Bundle
The Software is free to download. It comes as an option in the installer of mcpro24fps RAW Converter on our website, and the Adobe programs must already be installed on your computer. It is not sold in any Adobe store.
RAW Bundle. The Software opens files only when you are signed in on the computer with a mcpro24fps account that holds RAW Bundle or its free trial. Without that it opens nothing; there is no free mode with a watermark. You sign in through the account window of mcpro24fps RAW Converter. The Software itself never asks for your password and never sees it.
RAW Bundle is the in-app purchase of the mcpro24fps camera app for Android, bought through Google Play or Huawei AppGallery under the terms of that store; nothing is sold in the Software. Your account with us is your email address: the same address is the same account, with the same purchase and the same free trial, whether you sign in with Google or HUAWEI ID on the computer or with any sign-in the phone app offers; different addresses are different accounts. The free trial lasts 7 days, is given once per address and is shared with the phone app and with mcpro24fps RAW Converter.
One account can use RAW Bundle on up to three computers at the same time, counted together for the Software and for mcpro24fps RAW Converter; one sign-in on a computer covers both and every Adobe program on it. You free a place by signing out on a computer. After each successful check the Software keeps working for 14 days without a connection (during the free trial, until it ends). If the purchase is refunded or withdrawn, or the free trial ends, the Software stops opening files after the next check, and clips already in a project are shown as offline until RAW Bundle is active again. The licence follows the account, not a particular computer.
2. Licence granted
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use the Software for your own purposes, personal or commercial, on computers that you own or control, subject to the account and computer limit in clause 1. The Software is licensed, not sold; we retain all rights not expressly granted here.
3. What you may do
You may use the Software to open your own recordings in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe After Effects, to edit them and to export them. The files you create belong to you. We claim no rights over them and place no restriction on their use, commercial use included. The Software reads your recordings; it never modifies them.
4. What you may not do
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Software to third parties, whether alone or as part of another product;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or licence notice contained in the Software or its documentation;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any licensing, activation or protection mechanism of the Software, or modify the Software file.
These restrictions apply to the Software as supplied by us. They do not apply to the third-party components described in clause 5, which remain governed by their own licences.
5. Third-party components
The Software includes components developed by third parties under their own licence terms: Zstandard (BSD License), libdeflate (MIT License), lj92 (MIT License) and Monocypher (2-clause BSD License, also available under CC0 1.0). Their copyright notices and licence texts are reproduced in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt installed together with mcpro24fps RAW Converter. Nothing in this Agreement limits, supersedes or modifies any right granted to you by the licence of such a component. The Software is built with the Adobe Premiere Pro SDK, under Adobe's terms for that SDK.
6. Privacy
The Software goes online only for your account: about once a day, to check your licence with our server, in the background. It sends no telemetry, does not check for updates itself (see clause 7) and sends nothing about your projects, clips or files. What the check sends and what we keep is described in the Privacy Policy for the mcpro24fps account and licence on PC.
7. Compatibility, updates and support
The Software works with the versions of the Adobe programs named on our website at the time of its release. Adobe changes its programs on its own schedule, and we do not promise that the Software will work with every future version of them. We may publish new versions through the same channel. The Software is updated together with mcpro24fps RAW Converter: the converter installed from our website can download and install a new version of both when you agree to it. An update is covered by this Agreement unless it comes with its own terms. Support is provided at our discretion.
8. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep backups of your material and your projects.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, including when a missing or expired licence stops the Software from opening files. In any case our total liability under this Agreement does not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Term, termination, and the rest
This Agreement takes effect when you install the Software and remains in force until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach clause 4. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove all copies. Clauses 5, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy for the mcpro24fps account and licence on PC and the third-party notices, is the entire agreement between us about the Software. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country.
