This policy explains which cookies the website mcpro24fps.com uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can change your choice. It covers this website and its subdomains served by the same engine. It does not cover our mobile and desktop applications: those never connect to a server of ours and are described in their own privacy policies, listed under Legal documents.

The site is hosted in Germany by STRATO GmbH, acting as our processor. No website data is transferred outside the European Economic Area by us; the one exception is the analytics service described in §5, and only after you allow it.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. On later visits the browser sends it back, so the site can recognise a setting you have already chosen. Some other technologies work the same way — this site uses none of them: it stores nothing in local storage, session storage or IndexedDB.
3. Cookies this website sets
These are set by mcpro24fps.com itself. They contain no name, no e-mail address and no identifier that points to you personally.

mc_consent is written the moment you press Accept or Decline. Pressing Decline also stores a cookie — that is how we remember not to load anything else. Without it the banner would appear on every page.
4. Subdomains, which run other software
Two parts of the site are separate applications with their own cookies, and the banner on this site does not govern them: those cookies are strictly necessary for the services to work and are set as soon as you open them.

Neither service runs analytics or advertising, and none of these cookies is used to follow you across sites.
5. Analytics — only after you accept
If, and only if, you press Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WQXKPB5ZHT). Until then no request is made to Google and no analytics cookie exists. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded at all.

What it is used for: counting visits, seeing which pages and languages are used, and which devices and screen sizes the site has to work on. We define no custom events, we do not set a user identifier, we run no advertising products on this site, and we do not combine this data with anything else.
What reaches Google: the page address and title, the referring address, the language and approximate region, the device, browser and operating system, and the times of your visit. Your IP address is used to derive the approximate region and is not stored by Google Analytics 4.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as our processor, with onward transfer to Google LLC in the United States under the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses. How long: the cookies expire after two years, or immediately when you withdraw consent (§7). The reports inside Google Analytics are kept for the retention period configured in the property.
6. Embedded YouTube videos
Some pages show videos that are hosted on YouTube. They are not loaded with the page: you first see a preview image with a note, and the player appears only after you click it. Until that click your browser sends nothing to Google and no YouTube cookie is set.
Once you click, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, Google's privacy-enhanced mode, and from that point Google may store cookies and other data on your device under its own terms. This is your separate decision on each video and is not covered by the Accept or Decline button — declining cookies does not block a video you deliberately start.
7. Your choice and how to change it
- The banner. On your first visit you are asked to Accept or Decline. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works the same, we simply count nothing.
- Changing your mind. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. It erases
mc_consentand brings the banner back, so you can answer again. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on the next page you open. - Removing what is already there. Your browser can delete existing cookies, including the Google Analytics ones, and can refuse cookies in general. Where to do it is documented by your browser's help pages. Blocking all cookies also blocks
mc_consent, so the banner will reappear on every page. Google additionally publishes a browser add-on that switches Google Analytics off on every site you visit.
8. Legal basis
Storing information on your device requires your consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Latvia, and the processing that follows is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. That consent is what §5 asks for, and you can withdraw it at any time under §7 with no effect on what was lawful before.
The mc_consent cookie is exempt from that requirement: it exists only to carry out your choice and is strictly necessary for it. Our basis for it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in respecting the decision you made.
9. Server logs — not cookies
Like every web server, the host records each request: the IP address, the time, the address requested, the referring address and the browser identification. These logs are produced by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, they set nothing on your device, and they are not linked to the analytics described above.
10. What this site does not do
No advertising cookies and no advertising identifiers. No social network plug-ins or share buttons that call home — the links to our channels are ordinary links and do nothing until you click them. No fonts and no stylesheets from anyone else's servers, and no third-party script at all beyond the analytics one in §5, which loads only after you accept: everything else is served from this domain. No cross-site tracking, no profiling, no automated decision-making, and nothing sold or handed to a data broker.
11. Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and you may complain to a supervisory authority — for us that is the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) or the authority where you live. 12. Changes to this policy
Changes are published on this page with a new date at the top and a new version number. If a change means new cookies or a new purpose, the banner is reset, so you will be asked again.
